We regularly receive questions from our visitors, here is the list of the most frequent questions and their answers:

What are the delivery times ?

Our deliveries are generally between 8 to 15 working days. During the coronavirus period, there may be an extra week late.

I want to cancel my order, is it possible ?

Yes, you have 24 hours from the moment your order has been placed. Just email us to cancel your order and we'll give you a full refund.

There are items missing from my order, where are they ?

We have a lot of suppliers, when you place an order, the suppliers calculate the price of the package according to its weight (if a package exceeds the standards, we have to separate the products). If you order several different items, you will therefore receive several different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, others slower).

How do I know if my order is being delivered or not ?

Click on the "TRACK MY ORDER" tab and enter your order number and the e-mail address you provided when ordering. You will see if the order status is in "processed" or "unprocessed" mode.

Do you ship overseas ? 

Absolutely, we can ship to all over the world.

My item is damaged, can I get a refund?

Absolutely, if your item arrives damaged, send us a photo by email and you will be refunded.

I made a mistake in the size of an item, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately this is not possible, so be careful before placing an order.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?

Absolutely, you just need to contact us and we will give you the procedure. You have 14 days from receipt of the goods. You just need to send the item back to us and we will give a 100% refund. The return costs are your responsibility.
